11.1.1 The SELLER requires the BUYER to construct a
principal residence, in the first place (Ra408) within 24
months of the signing of the deed of sale, otherwise the
land will be reassigned, at 75% of the total cost, to the
municipality, at the expense of the BUYER, and that this
condition be written in the notarized deed of sale.
11.1.2 The SELLER requires that the BUYER's building permit
application be provided thirty (30) days before the start
of the work, including the plans and specifications made by
an engineer or an architect when required.
11.1.3 The SELLER requires a site plan prepared by a land
surveyor before construction of the residence begins.
